Problems in the house should be reported to us immediately.  We have a team of well qualified contractors and ensure that work is carried out quickly and cleanly

Gardens

We provide a free gardening service 

Standards and certificates

All our houses are registered HMO's

they all have modern condensing boilers providing  gas fired central heating,

EPC certificates, Electrical inspection certificates

Double glazing and cavity wall insulation

Hard wired smoke alarms fitted 

Deposits are fully protected. You will get a deposit protection certificate
